If you are looking for a white Châteauneuf-du-Pape with depth and aging potential, this vintage brings all the expressiveness of old Roussanne vines to your glass: Château de Beaucastel Châteauneuf-du-Pape blanc Roussanne Vieilles Vignes 2019. Château de Beaucastel is one of the most renowned estates in the southern Rhône. The Perrin family cultivates an exceptionally diverse terroir there, while this cuvée is sourced exclusively from old Roussanne vines. This makes it significantly more concentrated and longer-lived than many lighter white wines from the region.
The nose reveals white flowers, ripe apricot, peach, and a hint of citrus zest. On the palate, the white wine feels full and creamy, yet remains precise thanks to its fresh acidity. Fine spicy and mineral nuances give it length. The warm 2019 vintage combines ripe fruit with good balance, making the wine already accessible. At the same time, it possesses the structure to continue developing in the bottle. Its optimal drinking maturity is roughly between 2024 and 2035, and even beyond that with proper storage.
Serve it slightly chilled, but not too cold, so that its aromatic depth can shine. It pairs particularly well with pan-seared turbot, lobster, scallops, or poultry in a light sauce. This white wine with character also forms an elegant pairing with creamy truffle pasta or aged hard cheese.

Shipping information
Unless otherwise specified, we ship our wines via UPS. Standard delivery time is approximately 5–8 business days within Germany and approximately 5–10 business days within the EU.
For logistical reasons, we ship once a week, on Tuesdays.
We pack the wines in UPS-certified shipping cartons in accordance with UPS packaging guidelines.
Please note that in the event of extreme temperatures that could compromise wine quality, we will only ship the wines at your express request; otherwise, we will store your purchased wines free of charge until safe shipping is possible.
Returns & Revocation
Of course, we accept returns within the scope of legal regulations. Provided the goods are in exactly the same condition as purchased, we will refund the full purchase price, excluding shipping costs, if returned within 14 days of receipt.
You must organize the return shipment yourself and also cover the return shipping costs and adequate shipping insurance.
