This article is subject to differential taxation according to Section 25a of the German VAT Act (UStG); VAT is not shown on the invoice.
    The product image is exemplary. The wines included in the subscription vary in quantity and type.
    Shipping information

    Unless otherwise stated, we ship our wines via UPS. Standard delivery time is approximately 2-3 business days within Germany and approximately 3-5 business days within the EU.

    We pack the wines in UPS-licensed shipping boxes according to UPS packaging specifications.

    Please note that in extreme temperatures that could affect the quality of the wine, we will only ship it upon your express request. Otherwise, we will store your purchased wines free of charge until safe shipment is possible.
    Returns & Revocation

    Of course, we accept returns within the scope of legal regulations. Provided the goods are in exactly the same condition as purchased, we will refund the full purchase price, excluding shipping costs, if returned within 14 days of receipt.

    You must organize the return shipment yourself and also cover the return shipping costs and adequate shipping insurance.

    Returns are excluded from the VINOSAS wine subscription unless there are serious defects or deviations that are not apparent from the item description.

    QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

    How often do I receive wines?

    We send our subscription wine packages once a month.

    When will I receive the wines?

    We ship our subscription packages around the 7th of each month.

    When and how do I pay for my subscription?

    You can easily pay for your subscription by credit card. We will debit the amount due from your credit card on the 1st of each month.

    How can I cancel my subscription?

    You can easily cancel your subscription online at any time via your subscription management in the customer menu. However, wines that have already been debited but not yet delivered cannot be canceled. If you have any questions about your subscription, you can also contact us by email at info@vinosas.com.

    Can I pause my subscription?

    You can pause your subscription at any time without giving a reason. To do so, simply select the deliveries you want to pause in your customer menu and cancel the respective deliveries.

    What kind of wines do I get?

    Depending on your chosen subscription, you will receive selected wines from our inventory. These are wines we acquire during cellar clearances. All of these wines are carefully checked for quality and authenticity.

    As a subscription holder, you benefit from particularly fair prices. Our promise: The individual prices of these wines in regular retail are always higher than the corresponding subscription price!

    Which wines you receive is a surprise each time. We pack between 2-6 bottles in a package, but not all subscribers receive the same wines. Allocation is random and based on our current inventory.

    In what condition are the wines

    We only ship wines that are in drinkable condition. It's entirely possible that the bottles may be damaged (due to damp cellars or other storage damage). In any case, you will always receive wines whose contents are, to the best of our knowledge, in the best possible condition!

    When selecting the wines for our wine packages, drinking pleasure is our top priority.

    We subject our wines to a careful examination for quality and content.

    LIFE BEFORE...

    ORIGIN OF THE WINES

    Where possible, and especially with larger wine cellar purchases, the wine cellars of the previous owners tell us a lot about the storage conditions of the wines. A professionally managed wine cellar usually guarantees perfect storage conditions for the wines. We acquire our wines exclusively from reputable, mostly private wine collectors.

    HIDDEN FEATURES

    UV LIGHT TESTING

    Many high-quality wines today feature various security features for authentication, such as markings that only become visible under UV light. We check and compare all purchased wines for these features using an extensive database, and if there is even the slightest doubt, we reject the wine.

    THE DETAILS MATTER

    LABELS & PRINTING

    We examine wine labels under a microscope to determine their quality, and we check the printed image for any peculiarities that are typical for a particular winery, wine, or vintage. We draw on a large image database to identify any anomalies.

    COLOR MAKES THE DIFFERENCE

    THE CONTENT

    Last but not least, we also examine the wine's composition. Color, turbidity, sediment, and the bubbles in a champagne reveal a lot about the wine's or champagne's condition and potential drinking pleasure.
