Chateau Lynch Bages 1995 presents itself in a way that connects the 1995 vintage and winemaking art in one sentence. A special feature of this wine lies in its clear maturity, which is reflected in a rich substance and a fine balance. The Chateau Lynch Bages team conveys a quiet complexity that gives the wine depth without losing elegance. This wine is suitable for both collectors and connoisseurs looking for a tranquil yet sophisticated moment.

Tasting: In the glass, the wine shows a ruby red color with warm reflections; the nose develops ripe fruit, accompanied by subtle smoke and leather aromas. On the palate, it appears well-structured, with integrated tannins, a fine freshness, and a long, harmonious finish. Food pairing recommendation: Serve it with grilled beef steak, lamb chops, or aged cheeses like Comté or Gouda - dishes that support the balance of this 1995 vintage.

    LIFE BEFORE...

Where possible, and especially with larger wine cellar purchases, the wine cellars of the previous owners tell us a lot about the storage conditions of the wines. A professionally managed wine cellar usually guarantees perfect storage conditions for the wines. We acquire our wines exclusively from reputable, mostly private wine collectors.

    HIDDEN FEATURES

Many high-quality wines today feature various security features for authentication, such as markings that only become visible under UV light. We check and compare all purchased wines for these features using an extensive database, and if there is even the slightest doubt, we reject the wine.

    THE DETAILS MATTER

We examine wine labels under a microscope to determine their quality, and we check the printed image for any peculiarities that are typical for a particular winery, wine, or vintage. We draw on a large image database to identify any anomalies.

    COLOR MAKES THE DIFFERENCE

Last but not least, we also examine the wine's composition. Color, turbidity, sediment, and the bubbles in a champagne reveal a lot about the wine's or champagne's condition and potential drinking pleasure.
