    Chateau Palmer 1995

The Château Palmer 1995 is an exceptional Bordeaux wine from a renowned winery known for its elegant balance and complex aromas. The 1995 vintage is characterized by a harmonious blend of fruit, tannin, and ripeness, making it a special treasure for wine collectors. This wine has been stored in its original first owner's possession, in a cool, humid natural stone cellar that offers optimal conditions for slow maturation. The bottles have always been kept under ideal conditions, which guarantees the quality and condition of this wine. For wine lovers who value authentically aged wines, this Château Palmer 1995 is highly recommended, even if the labels show minor signs of wear.

Tasting reveals a profound, complex aromatic profile with notes of blackcurrant, fine spices, and hints of tar and tobacco. On the palate, the elegant tannic structure is evident, perfectly integrated into a velvety texture. The wine is full-bodied and long-lasting, with a long, harmonious finish. Its optimal drinking maturity is likely to have been in recent years and into the near future, making it an ideal companion for special occasions. Recommended food pairings include tender beef steaks, aged cheeses, or robust game dishes, which perfectly complement the complex aromas of this vintage.

    LIFE BEFORE...

Where possible, and especially with larger wine cellar purchases, the wine cellars of the previous owners tell us a lot about the storage conditions of the wines. A professionally managed wine cellar usually guarantees perfect storage conditions for the wines. We acquire our wines exclusively from reputable, mostly private wine collectors.

    HIDDEN FEATURES

Many high-quality wines today feature various security features for authentication, such as markings that only become visible under UV light. We check and compare all purchased wines for these features using an extensive database, and if there is even the slightest doubt, we reject the wine.

    THE DETAILS MATTER

We examine wine labels under a microscope to determine their quality, and we check the printed image for any peculiarities that are typical for a particular winery, wine, or vintage. We draw on a large image database to identify any anomalies.

    COLOR MAKES THE DIFFERENCE

Last but not least, we also examine the wine's composition. Color, turbidity, sediment, and the bubbles in a champagne reveal a lot about the wine's or champagne's condition and potential drinking pleasure.
