Gantenbein Pinot Noir 2024 brings one of Switzerland's most renowned Pinot Noirs from Graubünden to the glass. Daniel and Marta Gantenbein stand for precise, characterful red wines with international renown. This vintage is listed as a still red wine from Switzerland and is offered in the 750 ml bottle. Its limited availability and high international demand make it a special choice for wine lovers seeking a distinctive Swiss Pinot Noir. Further product details confirm its origin in Graubünden and its classification as a Pinot Noir (,).

On the palate, the Gantenbein Pinot Noir 2024 reveals itself as an elegant, clearly focused red wine with the combination of fruit, fine spice, and supple structure typical of Pinot Noir. Its subtle nature invites you not to pair it with overly heavy dishes, but rather with dishes that highlight its precision. Serve it with pan-seared duck breast, veal loin, or aromatic mushroom dishes. This Swiss red wine also pairs beautifully with delicately seasoned poultry dishes. For a special evening, it is recommended to open the bottle deliberately and enjoy the wine slowly in the glass.

LIFE BEFORE...

Where possible, and especially with larger wine cellar purchases, the wine cellars of the previous owners tell us a lot about the storage conditions of the wines. A professionally managed wine cellar usually guarantees perfect storage conditions for the wines. We acquire our wines exclusively from reputable, mostly private wine collectors.

HIDDEN FEATURES

Many high-quality wines today feature various security features for authentication, such as markings that only become visible under UV light. We check and compare all purchased wines for these features using an extensive database, and if there is even the slightest doubt, we reject the wine.

THE DETAILS MATTER

We examine wine labels under a microscope to determine their quality, and we check the printed image for any peculiarities that are typical for a particular winery, wine, or vintage. We draw on a large image database to identify any anomalies.

COLOR MAKES THE DIFFERENCE

Last but not least, we also examine the wine's composition. Color, turbidity, sediment, and the bubbles in a champagne reveal a lot about the wine's or champagne's condition and potential drinking pleasure.
