The Gesellmann G 2011 is an Austrian red wine from Burgenland that reflects the quality and character of this renowned winery. Gesellmann is one of the region's leading producers and has made a name for itself through high-quality red wine compositions. This wine displays the typical warm fruitiness and elegance characteristic of Burgenland wines.

The wine impresses with its concentrated structure and the balance between fruit and tannins. On the nose, dark berry notes dominate with subtle spicy nuances. On the palate, the wine presents a fine texture, with ripe tannins and harmonious acidity providing tension. Its depth and complexity make it a wine for discerning connoisseurs.

This mature vintage is now at its peak and already shows the development this wine has gained over the years. The Gesellmann G 2011 pairs excellently with strongly spiced meat dishes, grilled beef, or hearty stews. It is also an excellent choice with roasted garlic or mature hard cheese.

    LIFE BEFORE...

Where possible, and especially with larger wine cellar purchases, the wine cellars of the previous owners tell us a lot about the storage conditions of the wines. A professionally managed wine cellar usually guarantees perfect storage conditions for the wines. We acquire our wines exclusively from reputable, mostly private wine collectors.

    HIDDEN FEATURES

Many high-quality wines today feature various security features for authentication, such as markings that only become visible under UV light. We check and compare all purchased wines for these features using an extensive database, and if there is even the slightest doubt, we reject the wine.

    THE DETAILS MATTER

We examine wine labels under a microscope to determine their quality, and we check the printed image for any peculiarities that are typical for a particular winery, wine, or vintage. We draw on a large image database to identify any anomalies.

    COLOR MAKES THE DIFFERENCE

Last but not least, we also examine the wine's composition. Color, turbidity, sediment, and the bubbles in a champagne reveal a lot about the wine's or champagne's condition and potential drinking pleasure.
