Julian Haart Wintricher Ohligsberg Kabinett 1925 Wurzelecht 2022 is a strictly limited-edition wine from the renowned Julian Haart winery, known for its deep-rooted connection to the historic vineyards of the Moselle region. The 2022 vintage impresses with its exceptional terroir and the meticulous craftsmanship that is evident in every bottle. This Kabinett impresses with a rare combination of intricacy and minerality, typical of the Wintricher Ohligsberg vineyard and reflects the 2022 vintage in a special way.

Tasting notes reveal delicate fruity notes of green apples and ripe pears, accompanied by delicate floral nuances and an elegant, lively acidity. The balanced interplay of sweetness and acidity gives the wine a fresh lightness and encourages enjoyment. The long, minerally present finish makes this Kabinett a distinctive experience that will delight both connoisseurs and wine lovers.

The optimal drinking period for this magnum bottle extends from now until around 2032, with the aromas and complexity continuing to develop over time. The Julian Haart Wintricher Ohligsberg Kabinett 1925 Wurzelecht 2022 is particularly recommended as an accompaniment to light fish dishes, fresh salads, or Asian cuisine, whose delicate spiciness harmoniously complements the vibrant freshness of the wine. A strictly limited magnum bottle!

    LIFE BEFORE...

Where possible, and especially with larger wine cellar purchases, the wine cellars of the previous owners tell us a lot about the storage conditions of the wines. A professionally managed wine cellar usually guarantees perfect storage conditions for the wines. We acquire our wines exclusively from reputable, mostly private wine collectors.

    HIDDEN FEATURES

Many high-quality wines today feature various security features for authentication, such as markings that only become visible under UV light. We check and compare all purchased wines for these features using an extensive database, and if there is even the slightest doubt, we reject the wine.

    THE DETAILS MATTER

We examine wine labels under a microscope to determine their quality, and we check the printed image for any peculiarities that are typical for a particular winery, wine, or vintage. We draw on a large image database to identify any anomalies.

    COLOR MAKES THE DIFFERENCE

Last but not least, we also examine the wine's composition. Color, turbidity, sediment, and the bubbles in a champagne reveal a lot about the wine's or champagne's condition and potential drinking pleasure.
