The family winery Larmandier-Bernier from Chouilly in the Côte des Blancs defines quality through consistent care of the vines and a deep understanding of soil conditions. Their philosophy deliberately foregoes external influences during fermentation and maturation. This results in a special line, with Larmandier-Bernier Longitude Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru Extra Brut serving as an outstanding example. Only harvested Chardonnay grapes from premier cru sites are used here, ensuring consistently high basic quality of fruit aromas.
Upon opening, the bottle releases intense aromas of green apple, white flowers, and a distinct minerality reminiscent of salty limestone. The perlage is fine-pored and gives the structure the necessary energy without being obtrusive. Thanks to the low dosage, the sparkling wine presents itself as dry and balanced with a brilliant acidity. It is already ready to drink and will slowly continue to develop over the coming years.
This product pairs well with preparations of milder game or seafood, as well as smoked chicken. Its strong acidity makes it the perfect combination for rich appetizers or Easter dishes. Thus, this sparkling wine represents an authentic alternative to commercial mass productions. Connoisseurs appreciate the result of artisanal work from the Marne region.

Shipping information
Unless otherwise stated, we ship our wines via UPS. Standard delivery time is approximately 2-3 business days within Germany and approximately 3-5 business days within the EU.
We pack the wines in UPS-licensed shipping boxes according to UPS packaging specifications.
Please note that in extreme temperatures that could affect the quality of the wine, we will only ship it upon your express request. Otherwise, we will store your purchased wines free of charge until safe shipment is possible.
Returns & Revocation
Of course, we accept returns within the scope of legal regulations. Provided the goods are in exactly the same condition as purchased, we will refund the full purchase price, excluding shipping costs, if returned within 14 days of receipt.
You must organize the return shipment yourself and also cover the return shipping costs and adequate shipping insurance.
