This exceptional champagne comes from the renowned Larmandier-Bernier winery in the heart of the Côte des Blancs and embodies excellent craftsmanship without mass production. The focus here is exclusively on preserving old vine parcels with strong roots in the soil, which gives the juice a distinctive expressive power. The 2009 vintage was characterized by warm, sunny days, maximizing the vine's fruitfulness while still retaining the typical coolness of the chalky soil.
Upon opening, a dense bouquet of ripe apricots, white flowers, and a distinct mineral base note is revealed. On the palate, a silky texture with precise acidity dominates, making the wine lively despite its low dosage. The finish is long-lasting, leaving an impression of dry elegance, complemented by subtle nuances of baked almonds and a hint of spice. The high degree of aging in the bottle creates a complex harmony often found only in expensive specialty cuvées.
Regarding consumption, this bottle is now fully mature and fully expresses all its aromas. It is excellent for drinking over several hours and slowly opens throughout the day. As suitable food pairings, we recommend grilled seafood or shaved Parmesan, as the mineral freshness perfectly complements salty and fatty components.

Shipping information
Unless otherwise stated, we ship our wines via UPS. Standard delivery time is approximately 2-3 business days within Germany and approximately 3-5 business days within the EU.
We pack the wines in UPS-licensed shipping boxes according to UPS packaging specifications.
Please note that in extreme temperatures that could affect the quality of the wine, we will only ship it upon your express request. Otherwise, we will store your purchased wines free of charge until safe shipment is possible.
Returns & Revocation
Of course, we accept returns within the scope of legal regulations. Provided the goods are in exactly the same condition as purchased, we will refund the full purchase price, excluding shipping costs, if returned within 14 days of receipt.
You must organize the return shipment yourself and also cover the return shipping costs and adequate shipping insurance.
