Muga Rioja Reserva 2016 is an impressive Rioja that reflects the tradition and quality of the renowned Muga winery. The 2016 vintage is known for its perfect balance between fruit and complexity, making this Reserva an exceptional experience. With its many years of experience in the Rioja region, the Muga winery places particular emphasis on traditional production methods and careful aging in oak barrels, resulting in an elegant and complex style.
Tasting reveals a deep ruby red with violet reflections. The nose entices with aromas of ripe cherry, blackberry, tobacco, vanilla, and delicate toasted notes, underscored by balsamic notes and a hint of cedar. On the palate, the wine is powerful, yet smooth and precisely structured. The ripe tannins are well integrated, while the lively acidity lends freshness and length. The finish is long and complex, with notes of dark fruit, spicy nuances, and wood, making the wine an ideal accompaniment to grilled beef, lamb, mushroom dishes, or aged Manchego. Shipping information
Unless otherwise stated, we ship our wines via UPS. Standard delivery time is approximately 2-3 business days within Germany and approximately 3-5 business days within the EU.
We pack the wines in UPS-licensed shipping boxes according to UPS packaging specifications.
Please note that in extreme temperatures that could affect the quality of the wine, we will only ship it upon your express request. Otherwise, we will store your purchased wines free of charge until safe shipment is possible.
Returns & Revocation
Of course, we accept returns within the scope of legal regulations. Provided the goods are in exactly the same condition as purchased, we will refund the full purchase price, excluding shipping costs, if returned within 14 days of receipt.
You must organize the return shipment yourself and also cover the return shipping costs and adequate shipping insurance.
