Tardieu-Laurent Condrieu 2019 combines the precise craftsmanship of one of the most renowned family estates in the Northern Rhône with the unique granite terroir of the appellation. The vineyards on steep terraces offer Viognier ideal conditions for concentrated aromas and delicate acid structures. The producer places particular emphasis on natural fermentation processes and moderate oak usage to preserve the classic character of the region without overpowering oak notes. The 2019 vintage benefited from a balanced growing season, which is reflected in clear fruit and vibrant vitality.

In the tasting, the intense bouquet of ripe apricots, white peaches, acacia blossoms, and a subtle mineral core dominates. On the palate, the wine presents a silky texture, precise citrus accents, and a long, salty-mineral finish supported by balanced acidity. For optimal drinkability, a period from now until 2032 is recommended, although the aromatic complexity is already accessible and can gain further roundness with additional aging.
