This winery is known for its excellent vineyards and the meticulous cultivation of its vines. The 2019 vintage, with its exceptional weather and ideal conditions, produced impressive grape quality, which is reflected in this wine. The Hubacker vineyard, known for its mineral soils, ensures remarkable complexity and depth.

    Tasting notes reveal a radiant, golden yellow color and a bouquet of ripe apricots, citrus fruits, and delicate floral notes, underpinned by a mineral freshness. On the palate, a harmonious balance between fullness and elegance unfolds, accompanied by lively acidity and a long, lingering finish. This wine is ideally ripe for consumption between 2022 and 2028, meaning it's already excellent to enjoy now and still offers potential for further development.

    Unless otherwise stated, we ship our wines via UPS. Standard delivery time is approximately 2-3 business days within Germany and approximately 3-5 business days within the EU.

    We pack the wines in UPS-licensed shipping boxes according to UPS packaging specifications.

    Please note that in extreme temperatures that could affect the quality of the wine, we will only ship it upon your express request. Otherwise, we will store your purchased wines free of charge until safe shipment is possible.
    Returns & Revocation

    Where possible, and especially with larger wine cellar purchases, the wine cellars of the previous owners tell us a lot about the storage conditions of the wines. A professionally managed wine cellar usually guarantees perfect storage conditions for the wines. We acquire our wines exclusively from reputable, mostly private wine collectors.

    Many high-quality wines today feature various security features for authentication, such as markings that only become visible under UV light. We check and compare all purchased wines for these features using an extensive database, and if there is even the slightest doubt, we reject the wine.
    THE DETAILS MATTER

    LABELS & PRINTING

    We examine wine labels under a microscope to determine their quality, and we check the printed image for any peculiarities that are typical for a particular winery, wine, or vintage. We draw on a large image database to identify any anomalies.
    COLOR MAKES THE DIFFERENCE

    Last but not least, we also examine the wine's composition. Color, turbidity, sediment, and the bubbles in a champagne reveal a lot about the wine's or champagne's condition and potential drinking pleasure.
