Weingut Robert Weil Monte Vacano Riesling 2020 brings the concentrated, elegant side of the Rheingau to the glass. This dry Riesling comes from the renowned Kiedricher Gräfenberg and is one of the characterful premium wines of Weingut Robert Weil. The 2020 vintage combines ripe fruit with clear acidity, giving it both depth and drinkability. Its special origin and the precise signature of the traditional Kiedrich winery make it an exciting choice for discerning Riesling lovers.
On the nose, the Monte Vacano reveals aromas of yellow peach, ripe apple, and citrus fruits. These are complemented by fine mineral notes, herbs, and a cool, spicy nuance. On the palate, it is dense and focused, while remaining straightforward and fresh. The lively acidity carries the long finish, while the fruit ends pleasantly dry. The wine is already approachable but will gain complexity with further bottle aging.
The Riesling is expected to reach its optimal drinking maturity between approximately 2026 and 2040. Serve it well chilled, but not ice-cold, with pan-fried zander, grilled turbot, or refined Asian cuisine. The Monte Vacano also makes an elegant accompaniment to veal medallions with a light sauce or aged hard cheese.

Shipping information
Unless otherwise specified, we ship our wines via UPS. Standard delivery time is approximately 5–8 business days within Germany and approximately 5–10 business days within the EU.
For logistical reasons, we ship once a week, on Tuesdays.
We pack the wines in UPS-certified shipping cartons in accordance with UPS packaging guidelines.
Please note that in the event of extreme temperatures that could compromise wine quality, we will only ship the wines at your express request; otherwise, we will store your purchased wines free of charge until safe shipping is possible.
Returns & Revocation
Of course, we accept returns within the scope of legal regulations. Provided the goods are in exactly the same condition as purchased, we will refund the full purchase price, excluding shipping costs, if returned within 14 days of receipt.
You must organize the return shipment yourself and also cover the return shipping costs and adequate shipping insurance.
