This Riesling brings the signature of the renowned Robert Weil winery and the special character of the 2021 vintage to the glass. Monte Vacano stands for a distinctive, sophisticated Riesling. The wine is aimed at anyone looking for a precise, characterful white wine pairing who also values origin and vintage.

On the palate, the 2021 vintage is clear and lively. Fresh Riesling acidity gives it tension, while the fruit appears vibrant and elegant. On the palate, it combines drive and finesse with a juicy drinkability. Its structured nature already makes it a versatile food companion. At the same time, the vintage has enough character to develop further with careful storage. The optimal drinking window is approximately between 2025 and 2032.

Shipping information

Unless otherwise specified, we ship our wines via UPS. Standard delivery time is approximately 5–8 business days within Germany and approximately 5–10 business days within the EU.

For logistical reasons, we ship once a week, on Tuesdays.

We pack the wines in UPS-certified shipping cartons in accordance with UPS packaging guidelines.

Please note that in the event of extreme temperatures that could compromise wine quality, we will only ship the wines at your express request; otherwise, we will store your purchased wines free of charge until safe shipping is possible.
Returns & Revocation

Of course, we accept returns within the scope of legal regulations. Provided the goods are in exactly the same condition as purchased, we will refund the full purchase price, excluding shipping costs, if returned within 14 days of receipt.

Where possible, and especially with larger wine cellar purchases, the wine cellars of the previous owners tell us a lot about the storage conditions of the wines. A professionally managed wine cellar usually guarantees perfect storage conditions for the wines. We acquire our wines exclusively from reputable, mostly private wine collectors.

We examine wine labels under a microscope to determine their quality, and we check the printed image for any peculiarities that are typical for a particular winery, wine, or vintage. We draw on a large image database to identify any anomalies.

Last but not least, we also examine the wine's composition. Color, turbidity, sediment, and the bubbles in a champagne reveal a lot about the wine's or champagne's condition and potential drinking pleasure.
